Railroad Switch Control System

Delivery of cargo by monorail in the mine requires to constantly use switch machine due to a great number of railway tracks and junctions.

The Railroad Switch Control System for monorail is designed for automated railroad switch. It can be performed:

• using push button box in the gallery where switch machine is mounted;
• using monorail operator’s radio control panel (key fob).

The radio control panel makes it possible to use switch machine without need to stop a rolling stock, therefore time required to deliver people and cargo is reduced. The system improves safety, excludes manual labor and human errors.
