Uninterruptible Power Supply Unit

Voltage failure in AC supply on the objects operating in explosive environment can cause loss of data needed to prevent emergencies. Accidental absence of information from sensors, loss of connection with CCTV cameras or accident prevention systems protecting personnel at objects of such kind must be minimized. To maintain facilities operating in case of voltage failure, uninterruptible power supply units are to be used.

Uninterruptible power supply unit is designed to operate as a part of mining electrical equipment and performs the following functions:

• power supply for various systems or separate intrinsically safe voltage facilities;
• maintenance of facilities operating in case of voltage failure for a period of up to 16 hours;
• control over internal parameters and transmission of status data via industrial interfaces (RS485, Wi-Fi, current loop 4-20 mA, dry contact);
• displaying of process operations in real time on screen.
